We currently ship anywhere within the United States.
How long does it take to process an order?

In-stock / non-personalized pieces: Ship within 1–3 business days.

Pre-orders: Please allow 1–2 business weeks for production before shipping.

Personalized & custom pieces: Made to order and require 2–4 weeks of production before shipping.
Please note: Expedited shipping does not shorten production time. If you need a piece by a specific date, we recommend ordering early to allow time for both production and delivery.
During peak seasons, holidays, or special events, production and shipping timelines may be slightly extended.
If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, they will ship together once all items are complete.
Where do all orders ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from New York, where many of our pieces are also locally handcrafted.
How much is shipping?
All domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS. We offer free standard or priority shipping on all orders $50+.
Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
For U.S. orders, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days. Need it sooner? You can select an expedited option at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
Can I change my shipping address once the order is placed?
We can only provide address changes on an order that is recently placed, provided your order hasn’t been processed for shipping yet. Please note that in efforts to get you your order right away, our processing time is typically one (1) to three (3) business days, so the window to make this change is tight - but we will do our best to accommodate.
