Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders. For ready to ship pieces, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, plus shipping time. Made to order pieces are crafted specifically for you and require additional processing time. Please allow roughly 4-6 weeks for production, depending on the piece, plus shipping time. *Exact processing timelines are listed on each product page.*

Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping does not shorten production time. If you need a piece by a specific date, we recommend ordering early to allow time for both production and delivery. During peak seasons, holidays, or special events, production and shipping timelines may be slightly extended.

We offer the below shipping methods. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for order processing time.

US Standard Shipping
  • We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the US.
  • We are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, or military bases.
  • For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping is $30.
Expedited Shipping
  • Domestic express delivery (2-3 business days, after processing) is available for a flat rate of $25.
  • Domestic rush delivery (1-2 business days, after processing) is available for a flat rate of $50.
Shipping Services
  • Orders valued at less than $500 are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options available.
  • Orders valued from $500 to $1499 are shipped via UPS ground, and may require a signature upon delivery. Expedited shipping options available.
  • Orders valued from $1500-$2499 USD are shipped via complimentary UPS 3 Day service, and may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Orders valued $2500+ USD are shipped via complimentary UPS 2 Day service, and may require a signature upon delivery.
International Shipping

At this time, NUNCHI does not offer international shipping directly through our website. International customers can shop select NUNCHI pieces through our retail partner, Wolf & Badger, which offers global shipping.
