Every NUNCHI piece ships fully insured, discreetly packaged, and delivered by UPS.

Processing Times

Ready-to-ship pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces take approximately 4–6 weeks to create; exact timelines are listed on each product page. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Expedited shipping shortens transit time, not production time. Timelines may be longer during peak seasons.

Complimentary US Shipping

All orders ship free within the contiguous US, using the UPS service matched to your order’s value:

  • Under $1,500: UPS Ground
  • $1,500 – $2,499: UPS 3 Day Select
  • $2,500 – $9,999: UPS 2nd Day Air
  • $10,000 and above: UPS Next Day Air

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is $30. 

Expedited Shipping
  • Express: $25, 2–3 business days after processing
  • Rush: $50, 1–2 business days after processing

Every order is insured for its full value from our studio to your door at no additional cost to you.

Adult Signature Required

For your security, every order requires an adult signature (21+) at delivery. Packages can’t be left at the door or released without a signature. If no one is available, UPS will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. You can also pick up your order at a UPS Customer Center with a valid photo ID. delivery.

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States only and can’t deliver to PO boxes, hotels, or military addresses. International clients can buy select pieces through our retail partner, Wolf & Badger.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your package at delivery. If the outer box looks damaged or tampered with, note it with the driver if possible. Contact us within 48 hours at [email] and keep all boxes and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
