Privacy policy

Last updated: March 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how NUNCHI US LLC (“NUNCHI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes your personal information when you visit livenunchi.com or any related website, storefront, landing page, or digital property that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”), make a purchase, request a consultation, sign up for email or SMS, submit a review, join a waitlist, participate in a rewards program, contact us, or otherwise interact with us.

In this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an individual or household, subject to exceptions under applicable law.

By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Klaviyo also publishes a cookie notice describing cookie-based preference and interaction tracking in connection with its services.

Where required by law, we will obtain consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookie settings through your browser and, where available, through our consent banner or privacy choices tools. Blocking certain cookies may affect site functionality.

6. ANALYTICS, MARKETING, REVIEWS, LOYALTY, AND PERSONALIZATION

Depending on your location, this processing may be considered “targeted advertising,” “sharing,” or a similar regulated activity under privacy law.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP PERSONAL INFORMATION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

  • provide products and services;

  • fulfill transactions and customer support obligations;

  • maintain tax, accounting, and business records;

  • manage repairs, returns, reviews, loyalty programs, and warranties;

  • resolve disputes; and

  • enforce our agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

8. HOW WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • know whether we process your personal information;

  • access the personal information we hold about you;

  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;

  • request deletion of personal information;

  • obtain a copy of certain personal information in a portable format;

  • opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information, where applicable;

  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and

  • not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

California’s privacy law provides rights including the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and non-discrimination. New Jersey’s comprehensive privacy law took effect on January 15, 2025 and provides rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt-out rights, subject to the law’s scope and exceptions.

Exercising your rights

To submit a privacy request, contact us at:

Email: contact@livenunchi.com
Website form: https://www.livenunchi.com/pages/contact-us

We may need to verify your identity before responding. Where permitted by law, you may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification and proof of authorization.

Appeals

If we deny your request and you have a right to appeal under applicable law, you may submit an appeal by emailing contact@livenunchi.com with the subject line Privacy Rights Appeal.

11. NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to our processing, California residents may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share;

  • request deletion;

  • request correction;

  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and

  • not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some online advertising, analytics, and tracking practices may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under California law.

California’s Attorney General states that for businesses collecting personal information online, a user-enabled Global Privacy Control can serve as an acceptable method for consumers to opt out of sale or sharing, and covered businesses must honor that signal where applicable.

If required by applicable law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device associated with that signal.

12. NOTICE FOR OTHER U.S. STATE RESIDENTS

Residents of certain U.S. states may have privacy rights under applicable law, including rights to access, delete, correct, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or certain profiling activities.

Because state laws vary and continue to evolve, we will handle qualifying requests in accordance with applicable law.

13. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND WORKFLOW AUTOMATION

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on individuals in the ordinary course of our business.

However, we and our service providers may use automated tools for fraud detection, risk screening, customer segmentation, campaign automation, review requests, loyalty administration, waitlist and restock messaging, pop-up targeting, analytics, consent management, and internal workflow automation.

Shopify Flow specifically describes itself as an ecommerce automation platform that automates tasks and processes within a store and across connected apps, and Shopify notes that Flow can make personally identifiable information available depending on the triggers, variables, and actions used.

14. DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them in a standardized manner.

Where required by law, we instead honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for relevant opt-out requests.

15. INTERNATIONAL USERS

If you access the Site from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

If we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps intended to do so in accordance with applicable law. Shopify states that personal data it processes may be transferred outside a person’s state, province, or country, including to the United States.

16. THIRD-PARTY SITES AND SERVICES

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, apps, plugins, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

17. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, business operations, app integrations, or legal requirements. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
