How do I redeem points?
Redeem points anytime through your account dashboard. Once you choose a reward, you’ll receive a unique code or automatic discount at checkout.
Can I combine rewards or discount codes?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Points-based rewards cannot be stacked with other promotions unless noted otherwise.
Are rewards refundable or transferable?
Rewards and redeemed services are final and cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash value.
Do I earn points on discounted or sale items?
Yes, you earn points on all qualifying purchases, including sale items—unless otherwise specified during limited-time promotions.
What counts as a “small item” for service rewards?
Laser engraving and cleaning apply to one (1) small jewelry item of reasonable size and condition (e.g., rings, pendants, earrings). Oversized, intricate, or non-engraveable pieces may incur additional fees. NUNCHI reserves the right to assess eligibility before service.
What if I return an item?
If you return or cancel an order, points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
