An Oval Septum Piercing Hoop for Allie

Allie came to us with a problem that had nothing to do with trend and everything to do with fit.

She’d been searching for a septum hoop that would sit snugly against her nose. Everything she found was a perfect circle, designed to hang below the septum and leave a wide pocket of negative space. On her, that meant the jewelry felt slightly “off,” no matter how beautiful the material was.

So we treated it like what it was: a custom commission for functionality. We measured Allie’s septum and built a hoop to match her anatomy precisely—scaled and shaped to sit close, clean, and comfortable. In the final photo, you can see the difference: how far the original ring dropped compared to the custom fit.
